Regulatory status
tandpay LTD was admitted to the National Bank of Rwanda Regulatory Sandbox on 30 July 2026. Public transactions remain paused while sandbox onboarding and launch-readiness conditions are completed. Sandbox admission is not a payment-service-provider licence or endorsement.
Payment service disclosure
Payment processing in Rwanda is provided through pawaPay by QuidexPlus Rwanda Limited, a payment aggregator licensed by the National Bank of Rwanda. TandPay does not hold customer funds.
